Below Hull is an underwater hull cleaning and boat care service in South Florida, operated by SPEARTRIBE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our services, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email or a form on this website, we receive what you choose to send. Usually that is:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your messages, and the photos and videos you send;
• details about your boat: type, length, what is under the waterline, when it was last cleaned;
• where the boat is docked (marina or address).

When we work on your boat, we also keep records of the job: date, work done, photos and videos of the hull, price and payment.

How we use it

• to prepare a quote and answer your questions;
• to schedule, perform and document the work;
• to send invoices and receive payment;
• to remind you about upcoming maintenance, if you ask us to.

We may use automated tools, including AI services, to read your message and calculate a quote. Prices come from our price list, and a person at Below Hull confirms every booking.

Who else processes it

We use service providers to run our channels and tools: Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram), Google (email, calendar and documents), our hosting provider, and AI services that help read messages and prepare quotes. They process information on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose information when the law requires it.

This website

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for a short time to keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and quotes as long as we need them to serve you. We keep job and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@belowhull.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the phone number or email you used to contact us. We will confirm within 30 days. We may keep records that tax law requires us to keep. You can also ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

Children

Our services are for boat owners and captains. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
